中草药处方调配和中药质量管理的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨分析中草药处方调配和中药质量管理的应用效果。方法我院在2019年实行了中草药处方调配和中药质量管理,选择2018年6月至2018年12月来到我院进行治疗的60例患者作为对照组,选择2019年1月至2019年6月来到我院进行治疗的60例患者作为观察组。对这两组患者的中药处方进行检查分析,再对两组患者对中药处方调配的满意程度进行评分。结果通过对两组患者的治疗资料和调查结果进行分析,与对照组相比观察组的中药处方调配差错率更小,观察组患者对于中药处方调配的满意度评分更高。两组结果差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论在中草药处方调配中实行中药质量管理能够起到良好的管理效果,可以有效降低调配错误的出现率,提高患者的满意度。Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of prescription formulation and quality management of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods In 2019,the hospital implemented Chinese herbal medicine prescription deployment and quality management.Sixty patients who came to our hospital from June 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the control group,and 60 patients who came to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2019 were selected as the observation group.The two groups of patients’prescription of traditional Chinese medicine were examined and analyzed,and then the satisfaction of the two groups of patients with the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine was scored.Results Through the analysis of the treatment data and investigation results of the two groups of patients,compared with the control group,the observation group has a smaller error rate in the allocation of traditional Chinese medicine prescription,and the patients in the observation group have a higher satisfaction score in the allocation of traditional Chinese medicine prescription.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of quality management of traditional Chinese medicine in the formulation of traditional Chinese medicine can play a good management effect,can effectively reduce the incidence of dispensing errors,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
