观察CroweⅢ、Ⅳ型DDH继发髋关节炎的全髋关节置换术的临床治疗效果

摘　　要：目的研究分析CroweⅢ、Ⅳ型DDH继发髋关节炎的全髋关节置换术的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院关节骨科在2014年7月至2019年7月收治的82例CroweⅢ、Ⅳ型DDH继发髋关节炎患者,该82例患者均施行了全髋关节置换术,观察患者术后的并发症发生情况以及患者术前和术后的髋关节评分(Harris)。结果术后,所有患者均未出现感染、假体松动、脱臼等并发症;同时,患者术前的髋关节评分(Harris)为(48.5±2.3)分,术后的髋关节评分(Harris)为(87.6±2.5)分,术前术后数据差异显著,P<0.05。结论全髋关节置换术在CroweⅢ、Ⅳ型DDH继发髋关节炎患者的临床治疗中效果显著,能够显著避免患者术后并发症发生情况以及显著提高患者的髋关节评分(Harris),值得临床推广。Objective To research and analysis the clinical effect of total hip arthroplasty for Crowe typeⅢandⅣDDH secondary to hip arthritis.Methods Eighty-two patients with Crowe typeⅢandⅣDDH secondary hip arthritis were retrospectively analyzed from July 2014 to July 2019.All 82 patients underwent total hip arthroplasty.The complications and preoperative and postoperative hip score(Harris)were observed.Results No complications such as infection,prosthesis loosening and dislocation occurred in all patients after operation.At the same time,the preoperative hip score(Harris)was(48.5±2.3)and the postoperative hip score(Harris)was(87.6±2.5).The data before and after operation were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Total hip arthroplasty is effective in the treatment of Crowe typeⅢandⅣDDH patients with secondary hip arthritis.It can significantly avoid the occurrence of postoperative complications and significantly improve the patient’s hip score(Harris),which is worthy of clinical promotion.
