摘　　要：目的研究两种总尿量获取方法对同一尿标本24 h尿微量总蛋白排泄量结果的影响。方法量筒法用量筒量取总尿量体积数,称重比密法用普通民用弹簧秤称取同一尿标本的重量及同时检测尿比密,根据物质的质量、密度与体积的公式计算同一尿标本的总尿量体积数。结果实验组与对照两组数据间呈显著性正相关(r=0.996),差异无统计学意义(P=0.473)。结论称重比密法是一种简单易行、更利于推广的24 h尿微量总蛋白排泄量之总尿量标本获取方法,具有重要的临床推广应用价值。Objective To study the effect of two methods of total urine volume acquisition on the 24-hour urinary total protein excretion of the same urine sample.Methods The measuring cylinder method uses the measuring cylinder to measure the total volume of urine.The weighing ratio method uses the common civil spring scale to weigh the weight of the same urine sample and detect the specific density of urine at the same time.The total volume of urine of the same urine sample is calculated according to the formula of the mass,density and volume of the substance.Results There was a significant positive correlation between the experimental group and the control group(r=0.996),the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.473).Conclusion The method of weighing specific density is a simple and easy way to obtain the total urine samples of 24 h urinary micro total protein excretion,which is of great value in clinical application.
