腰硬联合麻醉与全身麻醉用于股骨胫骨骨折手术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究股骨胫骨折患者麻醉中使用全身麻醉与腰硬联合麻醉的效果及价值。方法抽取本院于2018年9月至2019年9月收治的股骨胫骨骨折患者120例,将全部患者按照随机抽签分组法分为参照组(60例,采用全身麻醉方式)与研究组(60例,采用腰硬联合麻醉方式),观察比较麻醉效果及不良反应发生情况等。结果研究组股骨胫骨骨折患者麻醉后的不良反应发生率为5.00%,参照组股骨胫骨骨折患者麻醉后的不良反应发生率为16.67%,相较于参照组,研究组股骨胫骨骨折患者头晕嗜睡、恶心呕吐与肺部感染等不良反应发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论腰硬联合麻醉在此次研究中和全身麻醉同样取得了满意的麻醉效果,但相关并发症明显低于全麻组。对于降低不良反应发生风险,提高手术安全性等具有重要意义。Objective To study the effect and value of general anesthesia and combined spinal epidural anesthesia in the anesthesia of patients with tibial fracture of femur.Methods From September 2018 to September 2019,120 patients with tibial fracture of femur were selected from our hospital.All patients were divided into reference group(60 cases,using general anesthesia)and study group(60 cases,using combined spinal and hard anesthesia)according to the standard of random drawing.The effects of anesthesia and adverse reactions were observed and compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.00%in the study group and 16.67%in the reference group.Compared with the reference group,the incidence of adverse reactions such as dizziness,drowsiness,nausea and vomiting,and pulmonary infection was lower in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of combined spinal and epidural anesthesia is better than general anesthesia in this study,which is of great significance to reduce the risk of adverse reactions and improve the effect of anesthesia.
