喉癌行喉全切除术出院患者的出院指导

摘　　要：喉全切术切除范围大,通过手术将肿瘤切除并将气管的断端于颈前行气管造瘘形成永久性的人工气道。喉全切术出院患者在心理、饮食、交流、呼吸、生活方式都有很大的改变,面临着各种不同的压力,为使喉全切术出院患者提高自我保健、自我康复的能力,更好的适应家庭和社会,提高患者生活质量,本文从出院后的心理指导、气道管理、饮食指导,肩颈、发音康复指导等方面进行了综述。Total laryngotomy was performed to remove the tumor and the broken end of the trachea was placed in front of the neck for tracheostomy to form a permanent artificial airway.Throat cut method all discharged patients in psychological,diet,communication,breathing,way of life have very big change,facing different kinds of pressure,to make the throat cut method all discharged patients to improve the ability of self care,self healing,to better adapt to family and society,improve the patients quality of life,this article from the psychological guidance after discharge,airway management,diet instruction,neck and rehabilitation guidance,etc,are reviewed.
