产后发奶汤配合手法按摩促进产后乳汁分泌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨产后发奶汤配合手法按摩促进产后乳汁分泌的临床观察。方法选取的200例研究对象是我院收治的住院产妇,选取的时间为2019年1月至2019年12月。其中接受常规乳房护理的100例产妇,视为对照组;另外在常规乳房护理的基础上采用产后发奶汤配合手法按摩护理的100例产妇,视为观察组。对两组产妇的乳汁分泌情况进行比较。结果两组乳汁分泌状况比较:同对照组产妇相比,观察组产妇的产后泌乳时间、泌乳量以及乳房肿胀缓解时间等均较优,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予产妇发奶汤配合手法按摩方式的护理方法,能够有效促进产妇产后泌乳,对于产妇和婴幼儿来说具有重要意义。Objective To explore the clinical observation of postpartum fat milk decoction combined with manual massage to promote postpartum milk secretion.Methods Two hundred cases of parturients in our hospital were selected,and the period was from January 2019 to December 2019.Among them,100 parturients who received routine breast care were regarded as the control group.In addition,100 parturients who used postpartum milk soup combined with massage on the basis of routine breast care were regarded as the observation group.The milk secretion of the two groups were compared.Results Comparison of milk secretion status between the two groups:compared with the control group,the observation group was better in postpartum lactation time,lactation volume and breast swelling relief time(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing method of fanaitang combined with manual massage can effectively promote postpartum lactation of parturients,which is of great significance to parturients and infants.
