分析五常法护理模式在提高消化内镜护理质量中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探析在提高消化内镜护理质量中应用五常法护理模式的临床效果。方法本次试验将我院2018年9月至2019年10月收治的400例消化内镜诊疗患者作为研究对象,由不同的护理方法将其两组,各200例,观察组与对照组分别采取五常法护理模式与常规护理模式,对比两组患者护理质量及护理满意度。结果比较对照组,观察组常自律、常规范、常清洁、常整顿及常组织等评分更高,数据对比,差异性显著(P<0.05);比较对照组,观察组96.00%的护理满意度更高,对比数据,差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论在消化内镜护理中应用五常法护理模式,能够保证临床效果,提高护理质量,获取良好的干预效果,提升患者护理满意度,有临床实践价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of applying the five-rule nursing model in improving the quality of digestive endoscope nursing.Methods In this study,400 cases of digestive endoscope diagnosis and treatment were treated in our hospital from September 2018 to October 2019,and the two groups,200 cases,observation group and control group were divided into five normal nursing mode and normal nursing mode.The nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the normal selfdiscipline,the normal regulation,the constant cleaning,the regular rectification and the normal tissue of the control group were higher,the data were compared,the difference was significant(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction rate of 96.00%in the control group and the observation group was higher,the contrast data and the difference were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of five normal nursing mode in digestive endoscope nursing can ensure clinical effect,improve nursing quality,obtain good intervention effect and improve nursing satisfaction of patients,which has clinical practical value.
