恶性肿瘤患者射频热疗的护理措施及心得分析

摘　　要：目的分析对恶性肿瘤患者射频热疗的临床护理效果。方法选取56例患有恶性肿瘤的患者作为本次实验研究对象,56例患者均接受射频热疗,且被分别被分为了对照组和观察组,每组随机分配28例患者,其中,给予对照组患者行常规护理方式,观察组患者使用针对性护理,对比两组患者的不良反应发生率及生活质量评分。结果在常规护理的基础上增加针对性护理的观察组患者,出现皮下脂肪结1例,恶心呕吐1例,并未出现皮肤烫伤患者,不良反应发生率(7.14%),社会功能评分(46.28±13.44)分,认知功能(65.04±12.34)分,情绪功能(45.87±18.31)分,角色功能(42.17±12.04)分,躯体功能(40.56±15.73)分;而采用常规护理的对照组患者,出现皮下脂肪结2例,皮肤烫伤1例,恶心呕吐2例,不良反应发生率为(17.85%),社会功能、认知功能、情绪功能、角色功能、躯体功能评分分别为(31.25±11.58)分、(59.69±10.39)分、(34.55±9.47)分、(32.58±8.11)分、(32.64±9.47)分。组间差异较大,有明显统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论对患有恶性肿瘤且接受射频热疗的患者在常规护理的基础上增加针对性护理进行干预,可有效降低不良反应发生率,并能够在一定程度上改善患者的生活质量。Objective Analysis of clinical nursing effect on radiofrequency hyperthermia in patients with malignant tumor.Methods Fifty-six patients with malignant tumors were selected as the subjects of this study.All 56 patients underwent radiofrequency hyperthermia and were divided into control group and observation group.Each group was randomly assigned 28 patients,among which,the control group was given.Patients underwent routine care,and patients in the observation group were treated with targeted care.The incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results On the basis of routine care,patients in the observation group who received targeted care showed 1 case of subcutaneous fat,1 case of nausea and vomiting,no skin burns,adverse reaction rate(7.14%),and social function score(46.28±13.44),cognitive function(65.04±12.34),emotional function(45.87±18.31),role function(42.17±12.04),physical function(40.56±15.73),and control group with routine care appeared.There were 2 cases of subcutaneous fat knot,1 case of skin burn,2 cases of nausea and vomiting,the incidence of adverse reactions(17.85%),social function,cognitive function,emotional function,role function and physical function score were(31.25±11.58)respectively.(59.69±10.39)points,(34.55±9.47)points,(32.58±8.11)points,(32.64±9.47)points.There was a significant difference between the groups,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Interventions for patients with malignant tumors who receive radiofrequency hyperthermia based on routine care can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the quality of life of patients to some extent.
