摘　　要：目的建立抱茎苦荬菜中木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷含量的测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Apollo C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(18:82);流速0.8 mL·min-1,柱温35℃,检测波长为348 nm。结果木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷在0.04318~0.6477μg,线性关系良好(r=0.9998);平均回收率为98.92%(n=6),RSD为0.51%。结论该方法操作简便,重复性好,可用于抱茎苦荬菜的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for the determination of luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide in Ixeris bidentata.Methods The chromatographic column was Apollo C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution(18:82),the flow rate was 0.8 mLβmin-1,the column temperature was 35℃,and the detection wavelength was 348 nm.Results Luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide was in the range of 0.04318~0.6477μg,with a good linear relationship(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 98.92%(n=6)and RSD was 0.51%.Conclusion The method is simple,reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Ixeris arundinacea.
