集束化护理在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科手术病人多管道护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察集束化护理干预在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科手术病人多管道护理中的应用效果。方法选择2016年8月至2017年8月本科收治的手术病人100例为对照组,采用常规护理措施,选取2017年9月至2018年9月本科收治的手术病人100例为观察组,在常规护理基础上实施集束化护理,将两组经护理后的效果进行对比。结果从对护理工作的满意度来看,观察组较之于对照组显著更高;在管道安全事件的发生情况方面,观察组出现的风险事件相较于对照组明显更少,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理干预应用于多管道护理中有显著优势,能有效降低管道风险程度和减少管道护理不良事件发生,提高病人满意度。Objective To observe the effect of cluster nursing intervention in multi-channel nursing of patients undergoing otolaryngology head and neck surgery.Methods 100 surgical patients in our department from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the control group,routine nursing measures were adopted,100 surgical patients in our department from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the observation group,on the basis of routine nursing,cluster nursing intervention was adopted,the nursing effects of the two groups was compared.Results From the point of view of nursing satisfaction,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.In terms of the occurrence of pipeline safety events,the risk events in the observation group were significantly less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing intervention has obvious advantages in multi-channel nursing,which can effectively reduce the risk of pipeline,reduce the occurrence of adverse events in pipeline nursing and improve patient satisfaction.
