综合性护理干预对脑卒中颈外静脉置管患者置管成功率、并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的观察综合性护理干预在颈外静脉置管的脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法120例行颈外静脉置管的脑卒中患者,根据护理方法不同分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组接受综合性护理干预。比较两组一次置管成功率,并发症发生情况及导管使用时间。结果观察组一次置管成功率高于对照组,总并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。导管使用时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论颈外静脉置管后给予综合性护理,可显著提高一次置管成功率,降低并发症发生率,延长导管使用时间。Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on stroke patients with external jugular vein catheterization.Methods 120 stroke patients with external jugular vein catheterization were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine care and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The success rate of one-time catheterization,complications,and catheter use time were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of one-time catheterization was higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the total complication rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The catheter used in the observation group was longer than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing after external jugular vein catheterization can significantly improve the success rate of one tube placement,reduce the incidence of complications,and prolong catheter use time.
