医护人员新型冠状病毒肺炎感染防控知识水平的调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解医护人员新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)感染防控知识水平。方法选取湖南省人民医院马王堆院区的在职医护人员为研究对象,采用自行编制的医护人员COVID-19感染防控知识问卷进行调查。结果 1 013名医护人员的COVID-19感染防控知识得分为(82.68±16.95)分,其中不及格172名(17.0%)、及格97名(9.6%)、良好238名(23.5%)、优秀506名(50.0%);满分176名(17.4%)。不同性别、年龄、职务、科室、身边有无职业暴露者、确诊及疑似感染患者的医护人员的COVID-19感染防控知识得分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护人员COVID-19感染防控知识有待进一步提升,今后医院应针对医护人员的不同特征开展COVID-19感染防控理论知识的强化培训。Objective To understand the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)infection prevention and control knowledge level of medical staff.Methods The staff of Mawangdui Hospital of Hunan people’s hospital were selected as the research object,and COVID-19 infection prevention and control knowledge questionnaire was used to investigate.Results The score of COVID-19 infection prevention and control knowledge of 1013 medical and nursing staff was 82.68±16.95,including 172(17.0%)for fail,97(9.6%)for pass,238(23.5%)for good,506(50.0%)for outstanding,176(17.4%)for full mark.There were significant differences in the scores of COVID-19 infection prevention and control knowledge among different genders,ages,positions,departments,those with or without occupational exposure,those with confirmed or suspected infection(P<0.05).Conclusion The knowledge of COVID-19 infection prevention and control of medical staff needs to be further improved.In the future,hospitals should carry out intensive training of COVID-19 infection prevention and control theoretical knowledge according to different characteristics of medical staffs.
