护理干预对疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎患者心理的影响

摘　　要：目的评估护理干预对疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎患者心理状态的影响。方法选取2020年1月—3月在我院感染科住院疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎患者50例,采用精神心理症状自评量表(psychological symptom checklist,SCL-90)调查患者入院时和出院时的心理状态,针对患者入院时的心理状态,进行系统性的护理干预。结果经过护理干预,患者出院时躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧、精神病性得分均低于入院时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);出院时患者敌对、偏执得分稍低于入院时,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过对疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎患者住院待排期间实施入院宣教、对症处理、心理护理等整体性护理干预,可以减轻甚至消除患者的负性情绪,收到了较为显著的效果,为更好地护理疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎患者提供了有益的经验。Objective To evaluate the psychological status and nursing measures of patients with suspected coro-navirus disease 2019 during hospitalization.Methods 50 patients with suspected coronavirus disease 2019 who were admitted to the Department of Infectious Diseases of our hospital from January to March 2020 were selected.Psychological symptom checklist(SCL-90)was used to investigate the admission and discharge of patients.According to the psychological state of patients at the time of admission,systematic nursing intervention was adopted during the hospitalization process.Results After nursing intervention,the patient’s somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,sensitive interpersonal relationships,depression,anxiety,fear,and psychotic scores were lower than those at admission,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);the patients were hostile and paranoid at discharge.The score was slightly lower than that at admission,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients suspected of having coronavirus disease 2019 can be relieved or even eliminated their negative emotions and psychological problems through holistic nursing interventions such as admission education,symptomatic treatment,and psychological care during hospitalization.The results provided a useful experience for better care of patients with suspected coronavirus disease 2019.
