摘　　要：总结新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下某三级甲等医院发热门诊患者CT检查转运管理经验,划分专用CT室,规划转运专用通道,制订发热门诊患者外出CT检查分级标准,根据评级配备相应物资设备及转运专岗人员,标准化发热门诊患者外出CT检查转运流程。在保障重症患者转运安全的前提下,起到了明确诊断以及了解病情的进展的关键作用,同时避免了院内交叉感染的发生。Summed up the coronavirus disease 2019 outbreak under a certain level of first-class hospital fever outpatient CT examination transportation management experience,divided into special CT room,planning transit dedicated channel to develop fever outpatient out CT examination classification standard,according to the rating and transfer those specially equipped with corresponding materials equipment,standardized fever outpatient out CT examination transfer process. On the premise of ensuring the transport safety of severe patients,it plays a key role in the clear diagnosis and understanding of the progress of the disease,and at the same time avoids the occurrence of nosocomial cross-infection.
