摘　　要：目的调查临床护理人员对新型冠状病毒肺炎相关知信行水平并探讨其影响因素。方法采用自行设计的新型冠状病毒肺炎知信行问卷对山东省6所医院的1366名临床护士进行调查。结果临床护士新型冠状病毒肺炎相关知识、信念、行为及问卷总分的平均得分分别为(43.05±8.52)分,(37.28±3.10)分,(67.16±4.23)分及(147.48±10.90)分。年龄、工龄、职称、学历、工作科室、聘用形式、婚姻状况、子女情况、周围有确诊病例及医院等级,对护理人员的知信行问卷得分均有影响(P<0.05)。结论临床护士对新型冠状病毒肺炎知识处于中等水平,信念及行为水平较好。护理管理者应根据护士的不同特征开展多样化的培训方式,以确保较好的培训效果。Objective To investigate the knowledge,beliefs and behaviors of clinical nurses about coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)and explore the influencing factors.Methods A self-designed COVID-19 knowledge,belief and behavior questionnaire was used to survey 1366 clinical nurses in 6 hospitals in Shandong Province.Results The average scores of knowledge scale,belief scale,behavior scale and total questionnaire scores were 43.05±8.52,37.28±3.10,67.16±4.23,and 147.48±10.90 respectively.Age,working age,professional title,education,working department,employment form,marital status,children’s situation,confirmed cases around and hospital grade,all have an effect on the scores of the nursing staff’s knowledge,belief and behavior questionnaire(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nurses’knowledge of the COVID-19 is at a medium level,and their beliefs and behaviors are good.Nursing managers should carry out diverse training methods based on different characteristics of nurses to ensure better training results.
