摘　　要：选取多学科专家,开展专家咨询会,构建援鄂护士培训体系,包括培训内容、培训形式和培训学时,按照一定的标准选拔33名援鄂护士进行培训(理论培训、操作培训和临床实践),对培训对象的操作考核成绩和培训的满意度进行评价。33名培训对象的操作考核分数均超过90分,所有研究对象均对培训的内容、师资、教学安排、培训资料和培训形式等方面表示满意。Ten multidisciplinary experts were selected to construct a training system including training content,training forms and training time in the expert consultation meeting,and then a total of 33 nurses to Hubei were selected to participate the training(theoretical training,operation training and clinical practice),and finally examined the trainees’operations,collected the trainees’training satisfaction.All trainees’operation scores were more than 90,and all of them were satisfied with the training content,the teachers,the teaching arrangements,the training materials,and the training forms.
