摘　　要：总结1例新型冠状病毒肺炎患儿住院期间由未确诊家长陪护的防护体会。对患儿家长采取陪护前消毒隔离相关知识培训及注意事项告知、病室清洁消毒、配备防护物品、督促做好个人防护等措施,护理主要包括完成各项治疗及护理、动态观察患儿病情、对患儿家长进行心理疏导、进行出院指导。住院8 d后患儿出院,陪护家长无明确感染征象。This paper reported the protection experience of a coronavirus disease 2019 child’s family member accompany during the period of stay in hospital. For the family member of the children,relevant knowledge training on disinfection and isolation before accompanying,notice of precautions,cleaning and disinfection of the ward,provision of protective equipment,supervision of personal protection and other measures should be taken. The nursing measures are mainly to complete various treatments and nursing,dynamic observation of the children,psychological counseling of the family member of the children,and discharge guidance. After 8 days in hospital,the patient reached the clinical discharge standard,and the accompanying family member had no definite signs of infection.
