摘　　要：2019年12月出现了新型冠病毒肺炎病例。我院迅速成立儿科发热门诊和儿科感染病房,并制订相应感染防控管理措施。重点包括新型冠状病毒相关指南、工作流程的学习,医护人员防护措施培训,合理配置人力资源,制订儿科门急诊预检分诊制度、感染病房区域化管理和诊室病房的清洁和消毒,旨在最大程度保护医患双方,防止交叉感染。Coronavirus disease 2019 discovered in December 2019.Our hospital established pediatric fever clinic and pediatric infection ward,and formulated corresponding infection prevention and control management measures.The key points include novel coronavirus related guidelines,work process learning,training of medical staff protective measures,rational allocation of human resources,pediatric precheck triage,cleaning and disinfection. The aim is to protect both patients and doctors to the greatest extent and prevent cross infection.
