摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间,唇腭裂手术延迟患者的预约管理、居家照护、心理护理、健康教育以及对医患双方疫情防控相关知识的培训等,成为唇腭裂专科必须面对的新课题。该文结合我国传染病防治法、国家卫生健康委员会颁发的相关规范标准以及临床工作实际,对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间延迟手术的唇腭裂患者就诊管理工作进行介绍,以期为疫情期的临床应对提供参考。Surgical treatment is the most effective therapy for patients with cleft lip palate. Infants and children,the main patients for the treatment center,are at the risk of the infection. Therefore,cleft repair,considered as the non-emergency operation,should be postponed to prevent possible infection among these patients. Many aspects of delayed-surgical patients management should be paid attention to,including appointment,in-home care,psychological consultation,knowledge about epidemic prevention and medical arrangement for doctors and patients. Based on the relevant standards and clinic experience,this study aimed to make a reference to delayed-surgical management of patients with cleft lip and palate during the outbreak of the coronavirus infection.
