摘　　要：目的针对新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)疫情下,制订全喉切除术后患者的气道防护措施,并评价其效果。方法选取2017年6月—2019年12月在长沙市某三级甲等医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科因喉癌、下咽癌行全喉切除术的90例患者为研究对象。通过微信和电话方式告知术后患者特殊时期的气道防护措施,同时收集患者日常活动及身体状况信息。结果 2019年1月22日—2020年2月27日随访期间的90例患者身体状况良好,日常活动正常,均未出现确诊COVID-19病例。结论在COVID-19疫情期间,对全喉切除患者进行针对性的气道防护指导,可以减少此类患者被感染的概率。Objective This study aimed at coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),and formulated airway protection measures after total laryngectomy,and evaluated its efficacy. Methods From June 2017 to December 2019,90 patients who underwent total laryngectomy for laryngeal cancer at the department of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery in a tertiary class A hospital in Changsha City were taken as the study subjects. Through wechat and telephone,patients were informed of the special period of airway protection measures,and daily activities and physical condition information were collected. Results During the follow-up period from January 22,2019,to February27,2020,90 patients were in the good physical condition and normal daily activities,and no confirmed cases of COVID-19 occurred. Conclusion During the COVID-19 epidemic,targeted airway protection guidance for patients with total laryngectomy can effectively reduce the infection rate.
