摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下,方舱医院在辖区政府主导,委托牵头医疗机构负责、多省医疗团队配合运行下组建临时护理部,统筹调配人员和安排相关护理工作,通过健全规章制度、标准岗前培训、保障后勤物资等系列应急管理协调策略,保障临时方舱医院护理质量,降低安全风险,为疫情防控工作中科学合理地进行护理人力资源管理提供参考。Since the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),the cabin hosipital is led by the district government which entrusts lead medical institution to set up a temporary nursing department with the cooperation of multiple provincial medical teams.which coordinates the deployment of staff and arranges related nursing work.Through a series of emergency management coordination strategies such as setting up the rules and regulations,standardizing pre-job training,guaranteeing logistical materials,the quality of nursing care and the redusing of security risks are ensured in temporary cabin hospitals. It provides a reference for the scientific and rational management of nursing human resources in epidemic prevention and control.
