摘　　要：介绍广东省支援湖北疫情防控医疗队全天候六班制团队滚动排班与质量控制在新型冠状病毒肺炎病房中的应用。科学合理安排来自广东省9个医院监护室、感染科、呼吸科等82名护士的人力配置,发挥团结协作能力,通过每天4h六班制,每班设立小组长,团队滚动排班,按照《医疗机构内新型冠状病毒感染预防与控制技术指南》加强医院感染质量控制,所有医疗队护理人员充分展现团队协作精神,护理工作有序进行,在护理工作量不变情况下,病死率由医疗队接管前22.4%下降到9.3%,未发生跌倒、压力性损伤、非计划性拔管等不良事件,护理人员身体健康、心理状态稳定,未发生职业暴露。The application outcomes of Guangdong supporting Hubei epidemic prevention and control medical team’s round-the-clock six-shift rotating shift schedule and quality control in coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)ward.Eighty-two nurses from nine hospitals in Guangdong province,including intensive care units,infection departments and respiratory departments,were scientifically and adequately allocated,under the circumstances such as unfamiliar environment,long and severe epidemic duration,and short-term shortage of medical workforce,logistics and cleaning,and medical resources.The nurses demonstrated their ability of unity and cooperation,and the quality control of hospital infection was enhanced through different measures:a 4-hour-6-shift schedule system,the establishment of team leaders in each shift,the rotating shift schedule,and their compliance with the technical guidelines for the prevention and control of COVID-19 in medical institutions issued by the general office of the National Health Commission.The entire nursing medical team fully showed their team cooperation spirit,and the nursing work was carried out in an orderly manner.While the nursing workload remained constant,the fatality rate dropped from 22.4%before the medical team took over to 9.3%.Falls,pressure ulcers,unplanned extubation and other adverse events did not occurred.The nurses were in good health and stable psychological state,and had no occupational exposure.
