摘　　要：2019年底出现了新型冠状病毒肺炎病例。面对突发的疫情和患儿就诊结构的变化,院领导和护理部充分发挥职能作用,迅速对呼吸科护理人力资源进行了科学有效的调配,包括组织管理、护理人员全面培训、心理支持等内容,旨在为护理管理者今后更好地应对突发疫情提供科学决策依据。Coronavirus disease 2019 was discovered in late 2019. In the face of the sudden epidemic situation and the change of children’s medical treatment structure,the hospital leaders and the nursing department gave full play to their functions and rapidly allocated the nursing human resources of the respiratory department in a scientific and effective way,including organization and management,comprehensive training of nursing personnel,psychological support and other contents,in order to provide scientific decision-making basis for the nursing managers to better respond to the sudden epidemic situation in the future.
