摘　　要：介绍综合医院应对新型冠状病毒感染疫情期间普通病区的护理管理经验。疫情期间依据医院对普通病区的感染控制管理要求,通过对病区环境布局合理调整,弹性调配护士人力,培训医护人员自我防护技能,以及病区实施封闭式管理等一系列有效措施,以减少交叉感染风险,保证医护人员、患者和家属的健康和安全。This article introduces the experience of nursing management in general ward during the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 in primary general hospital.According to hospital during the outbreak of ordinary ward infection control management requirements,through to the ward environment layout reasonable adjustment,flexible deployment of nursing manpower,training medical staff self-protection skills,as well as the implementation of closedend management,ward,and a series of effective measures,to reduce the risk of cross infection,to ensure the health and safety of medical staff,patients and their families.
