摘　　要：目的分享新型冠状病毒肺炎重症病房的工作策略和管理实践。方法结合定点收治医院新冠肺炎重症病房救治工作情况,从医护人员的个人防护、病房感控分区及消毒管理、人力调配和关键流程的感控和职业防护应急预案制订4个方面进行总结分析。结果规范应急时期新冠肺炎重症病房护理管理和院感防控工作,有效落实各项感染防控措施,充分保障医护人员职业健康安全,预防院内感染的发生。结论目前疫情进入攻坚阶段,新冠肺炎重症病房实施有效的管理和严格的感染防控,能为重症患者提供最佳护理,同时最大限度地保障医护人员和患者的安全。Objective To share the working strategies and management practices in the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)intensive care unit. Methods Combined with the treatment experiences in the COVID-19 intensive care unit of the designated hospital,we summarized for aspects including the personal protection of healthcare workers,ward infection control zoning,disinfection management,manpower allocation,and occupational exposure emergency plan. Results In an emergency period,the standardized nursing management and nosocomial infection control in the COVID-19 intensive care unit,effectively implement various infection prevention measures,which fully guarantee the safety of healthcare workers and prevent nosocomial infection. Conclusion At present,it is the critical time for the epidemic. The effective management and strict infection control measures in COVID-19 intensive care unit can provide the best care for the critically ill patients,while maximizing the safety of healthcare workers and patients.
