新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间非隔离病房的护理管理

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称新冠肺炎)流行期间,该院处于疫情的中心区域,心胸外科普通病房2020年1月共有5例住院患者被确诊为新冠肺炎。通过对新冠肺炎患者的早期发现和隔离,医务人员的排查,以及病区划分、公共区域的管理、隔离病房内的消毒及人员及物品环境管理等措施,有效阻断了新冠肺炎的播散。5例患者中2例康复出院,3例因基础疾病和混合感染死亡。全科73名医护人员均无感染。在非隔离病房中,对新冠肺炎患者的早期发现、及时隔离和严格管理,可以有效预防新冠肺炎在普通病房的传播。At the end of 2019,an epidemic of Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19) occurred in Wuhan. In the non-isolation ward of thoracic and cardiac surgery in Zhongnan hospital of Wuhan university,which is at the center of the epidemic,a total of 5 inpatients were diagnosed with COVID-19 in January 2020. Through the early detection and isolation of patients with COVID-19,the investigation of medical personnel,as well as the division of ward,the management of public areas,the disinfection in the isolation ward and the management of personnel and articles,the spread of COVID-19 was effectively prevented. Of the 5 patients,2 recovered and were discharged from hospital,and 3 died of basic disease and mixed infection. None of the 73 health care workers in the department were infected. In the non-isolation ward,the early detection,timely isolation and effective management of patients with COVID-19 can effectively prevent the spread of the disease in the non-isolation ward.
