摘　　要：目的了解抗新型冠状病毒肺炎一线非现役文职护理人员的身心感受。方法采用焦虑自评量表、一般资料问卷和自评式问卷,对51名抗新型冠状病毒肺炎一线非现役文职护理人员进行问卷调查及电话访谈。结果抗新型冠状病毒肺炎一线非现役文职护理人员工作压力源有患者方面、防护方面、情感方面、护理工作及自身方面、环境方面。结论建议从管理角度减少护士工作压力源,并对护士进行减压训练和技能培训,提高护理人员身心健康水平和护理工作质量。Objective To understand the physical and mental feelings of non active civilian nursing staff in the first line of Corona Virus Disease 2019.Methods The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),general information questionnaire and self-assessment questionnaire were used to investigate 51 non active civil nursing staff in the first line of Corona Virus Disease 2019.Results The work stressors of non active civilian nurses in the Corona Virus Disease 2019 front line include patients,protection,emotion,nursing work,self and environment.Conclusion It is suggested that nurses should be trained in decompression and skills to improve their physical and mental health and quality of nursing work.
