摘　　要：三钢集团的球团工程采用了国际先进的带式焙烧机球团工艺,配套“循环流化床脱硫除尘+选择性催化还原法(SCR)脱硝”工艺用于处理焙烧烟气。文章通过将“循环流化床脱硫除尘+SCR脱硝”工艺与活性炭(焦)脱硫脱硝工艺进行对比,阐述了这两种主流工艺的优点及缺点,并阐述了选用“循环流化床脱硫除尘+SCR脱硝”工艺的理由,分析总结了带式焙烧工艺应对吸收塔塌床、热风炉故障及催化剂解吸的运行操作方法,实现了出口数据稳定、设备运转良好的目标。Sangang Group’s pelletizing project adopts internationally advanced belt roaster pelletizing process,which is matched with the process of"circulating fluidized bed desulfurization and dust removal+SCR denitrification"to treat the roasting flue gas.This paper compared the process of"circulating fluidized bed desulfurization and dust removal+SCR denitrification"with the activated carbon(coke)desulfurization and denitrification process,expounded the advantages and disadvantages of these two mainstream processes and the reasons for choosing the process of"circulating fluidized bed desulfurization and dust removal+SCR denitrification".This paper also analyzed and summarized the operation methods to deal with the bed collapse of the absorption tower,the failure of the hot blast stove and the desorption of the catalyst under the belt roasting process,and realized the goal of stable outlet data and good equipment operation.
