摘 要:本研究选用三种驻极式空气滤芯与自制的一种新型机械式纳米纤维空气滤芯,测试这些滤芯在容尘过程中及容尘后分别经过软毛刷、电吹风清理、水洗后的空气过滤效率和空气阻力变化情况,对这些滤芯的容尘性和可水洗重复使用性进行评估。通过反复试验测试,可以看到4种滤芯虽然起始过滤效率和空气阻力相当,但容尘过程中随着气阻的增高,驻极式空气滤芯的过滤效率迅速降低,而新型纳米纤维空气滤芯的过滤效率在小幅增高后缓慢降低。使用软毛刷和电吹风对三种滤芯的清理效果均不理想,但对新型机械式纳米纤维滤芯的清理效果略好一些。对四种滤芯进行水洗后发现,新型机械式纳米纤维滤芯的过滤效率和空气阻力都基本得到恢复;驻极式滤芯的空气阻力虽有所降低,但其过滤效率却几乎完全丧失。实验测试结果表明,驻极式滤芯不具备可水洗重复使用性,而新型机械式纳米纤维滤芯基本具备可水洗重复使用性。通过对这些滤芯宏观、微观结构的观测以及表面水接触角的测试可以很好地解释其性能差异。In this research,three electret air filter cartridges and a new-type mechanical nanofiber air filter cartridge were selected to test their air filtration efficiency and air resistance changes after cleaning by soft brush and hairdryer and water washing,respectively during and after dust collection,so as to assess their dust holding capacity and washable reusability.Through repeated tests,it can be seen that although the initial filtration efficiency and air resistance of all the four filter cartridges were close to each other,the filtration efficiency of electret air filter cartridges decreased rapidly with the increase of air resistance in the process of dust collection,while the filtration efficiency of the new nanofiber air filter cartridge increased slightly at first and then slowly decreased.The cleaning effect of soft brush and hairdryer on the three kinds of air filter cartridges was not ideal,but the cleaning effect on the new-type mechanical nanofiber filter cartridge was slightly better.After washing the four kinds of filter cartridges by water,it is found that the filtration efficiency and air resistance of the new-type mechanical nanofiber filter cartridge were basically restored,while the air resistance of electret filter cartridges was reduced,but their filtration efficiency was almost completely lost.The experimental results showed that the electret filter cartridges did not have washable reusability,while the new-type mechanical nanofiber filter cartridge had washable reusability.The performance differences of these filter cartridges can be well explained by observing their macroscopic and microscopic structures and measuring the water contact angle of their surface.
