摘　　要：某化工企业生产废气的来源广泛、成分复杂。依照分质分类原则,将生产废气进行分类收集、分质处理。根据各股废气性质及排放源位置,采取适合的预处理(冷凝、吸收、吸附)或末端治理组合工艺,最终满足达标排放要求。检测结果表明:1#、2#和3#排气筒的非甲烷总烃排放浓度分别为17.3mg/m^(3)、5.2mg/m^(3)和4.5mg/m^(3),与之对应的排放速率分别为0.23kg/h、0.18kg/h和0.17kg/h,各检测指标均符合《化学工业挥发性有机物排放标准》(DB32/3151—2016),氯化氢、氮氧化物、二氧化硫和二噁英检测指标均符合《大气污染物综合排放标准》(DB32/4041—2021)。The production waste gas of a chemical enterprise has a wide range of sources and complex components.According to the principle of"classification by quality",the production waste gas was collected and treated based on the classification by quality.According to the nature of each waste gas and the location of emission source,suitable pretreatment(condensation,absorption)or combined endof-pipe treatment process was adopted to finally meet the up-to-standard emission requirements.The test results showed that the emission concentrations of total non-methane hydrocarbon from 1#,2#and 3#exhaust cylinders were 17.3 mg/m^(3),5.2 mg/m^(3)and 4.5 mg/m^(3),respectively;and the corresponding emission rates were 0.23 kg/h,0.18 kg/h and 0.17 kg/h,respectively;all detection indicators met the Emission Standard of Volatile Organic Compounds for Chemical Industry(DB 32/3151—2016);and other detection indicators such as hydrogen chloride,nitrogen oxide,sulfur dioxide and dioxin met the Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants(DB 32/4041—2021).
