摘 要:在满足重型柴油车国VI排放标准的后处理系统开发中,具有挑战性的任务之一是使壁流式柴油颗粒过滤器(DPF)和催化剂涂层技术满足颗粒数量(PN)排放要求。为了提高PN过滤效率,开发了一种新型DPF涂层技术,在入口通道的多孔壁表面上涂覆了一层薄薄的催化剂,使表面孔隙变小,从而改善了PN过滤效率。为了平衡DPF的PN过滤效率和压降,本文研究了催化剂粒径、涂层负载量和催化层长度对PN过滤效率和压降的影响。In the development of a after-treatment system to meet the Limits and Measurement Methods for Emissions from Diesel Fueled Heavy-Duty Vehicles(China VI),one of the most challenging tasks is to meet the particle number(PN)emission requirements via the wall-flow diesel particle filter(DPF)and the catalyst coating technology.In order to improve the PN filtration efficiency,a novel DPF coating technology was developed.With this technology,the porous wall surface in the inlet channel can be coated with a thin catalytic layer(on-wall coating),which makes the surface pores smaller,thus improving the PN filtration efficiency.In order to balance the PN filtration efficiency and pressure drop of DPF,the particle size distribution(PSD)of catalyst,the washcoat loading(WCL)and the catalytic layer length were adjusted in this paper,and the effects of these key parameters on PN filtration efficiency and pressure drop were researched through experiments.
