摘  要:中药废水是一种污染物种类多、成分复杂的高色度、高浓度有机废水。某制药厂中药废水进行预处理后,采取高负荷的“内循环(IC)厌氧反应器+缺氧-好氧(AO)”工艺进行生化处理,出水达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准废,水处理成本为1.70元/t,产生了较好的经济效益和环境效益。Traditional Chinese medicine wastewater is a kind of high-chroma high-concentration organic wastewater with many kinds of pollutants and complex composition.This paper analyzed the traditional Chinese medicine wastewater from a pharmaceutical factory.After the pretreatment via frontend coagulation sedimentation,the wastewater went through the biochemical treatment of high-load IC anaerobic reactor+AO process.The effluent reached the Class 1A standard of the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918—2002),and the wastewater treatment cost was 1.70 Yuan/ton,thus generating good economic and environmental benefits.
