摘　　要：兖州污水处理厂的粗格栅——回转式运动耙齿格栅已运行20年,因水质腐蚀和设备自身原因,存在密封性差、自动化程度低等问题。为此,对粗格栅的密封方式、控制系统及动力系统进行了升级改造。改造后运行结果表明,设备使用寿命得到了有效的延长,提高了设备使用的可靠性,节约设备投资约40万元,大幅度减少了闸门的开关频次,实现了全自动运行。In Yanzhou Sewage Treatment Plant,the coarse grille,a rotary motion harrow-tooth screen,had been running for 20 years.Due to water corrosion and equipment itself,there were some problems such as poor sealing and low degree of automation.Therefore,the seal mode,control system and power system of coarse screen were upgraded and transformed.After the transformation,the operation results show that the service life of the equipment has been effectively extended,the reliability of the equipment has been improved,about 400,000 Yuan of equipment investment have been saved,the switching frequency of the gate has been greatly reduced,and full automatic operation has been realized.
