摘 要:文章介绍了超净电袋复合除尘技术的节能措施,包括项目设计前期通过计算流体动力学(CFD)数值模拟,合理布置除尘器内部结构以降低阻力,减少引风机电耗;采用“618耦合技术”,合理分配电区和袋区能耗;采用具有输出纹波小、平均电压电流高、转换效率与功率因数高的高频电源,降低电场区电耗;采用金属滤料解决常规化纤滤料阻力高等问题。This paper introduced the energy-saving measures of ultra-clean electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator(EFIP)technology,including reasonably arranging the internal structure of precipitator through CFD numerical simulation in the early stage of the project design with the aims of reducing the pressure drop and the power consumption of induced draft fan;reasonably distributing energy consumption in the electric field and the fabric field through the"618 coupling technology";reducing power consumption in the electric field by adopting high-frequency power supply with small output ripple,high average voltage and current,high conversion efficiency and high power factor;and solving the problem of high pressure drop caused by conventional chemical fiber filter materials by using metal filter materials.
