维生素AD乳剂中全反式维生素A的高效液相色谱测定法

摘　　要：用高效液相色谱法测定维生素AD乳剂中的维生素A,可将全反式维生素A与其他异构体分离、定量。使用球形多孔硅胶柱,流动相为含0.4%正戊醇的正己烷,以邻苯二甲酸二甲酯为内标,平均回收率为99.8%,变异系数为1.5%(n=6)。Vitamin A in vitamin A and D emulsion was determined byhigh performance liquid chromatography,using column packed with spherical por-ous silica,0.4% n-pentanol in n-hexane as mobile phase,and dimethyl phthalateas the internal standard.All-trans retinol differentiated from other isomers couldbe assayed with an average recovery of 99.8%,and coefficient of variation of1.5%(n=6).
