摘　　要：在 Rizzi 无溶剂合成法的基础上,于蔗糖、硬脂酸乙酯和皂的混合物中,以 Na-K 齐为催化剂来合成蔗糖多硬脂酸酯,当催化剂用量为第一阶段反应物总量的0.7~1.2%(w/w)时,产率93~96%,取代度n=6~8。同法可合成甘露醇多硬脂酸酯。蔗糖多酯能降低对人体有害的低密度脂蛋白,用于治疗高胆固醇血症。Sucrose polyfatty acid esters(SPE)have proved to be a low-caloriediet and agent for lowering plasma cholesterol.A solvent-free reaction system isdescribed for synthesizing SPE and mannitol polystearic acid esters by transeste-rification of sucrose or mannitol with ethyl stearate according to modifiedRizzi’s method.The process was carried out in one pot by a two-stage reactionin the presence of potassium soap as a solubilizer,Na-K alloy proved to be a goodcatalyst to afford a yield up to 95% based on sucrose.The composition of SPEwas estimated by HPLC.Some aspects of this reaction have been discussed.
