摘　　要：智慧矫正是有效落实《中华人民共和国社区矫正法》的重要创新,其成功的关键在于以技术赋能身份重塑进程,使得社区矫正对象从罪犯向守法公民的身份转换更有效。在“区块链+社区矫正”情境中,社区矫正机构等国家力量通过结构强化、压力内化、规训教育等机制推进社区矫正对象再社会化,大力建构守法公民身份;社区矫正对象群体则借助自尊驱动、认知解放、社会流动等机制改过自新,积极建构符合法律和道德规范的自主身份。技术赋予的“数字身份”作为表达社会承认的凭证,将两个相向而行的身份重塑行为结合起来,助力社区矫正对象融入社会。智慧矫正孕育着“数字信任”的治理基因,对于探讨新技术条件下的社会治理具有重要价值。Smart Correction is an important innovation for the effective implementation of the Community Correction Law of the Peaple's Republic of China.The key to its success lies in the identity reshaping process enabled by technology,making it more effective to reform the offenders under the community correction programs from criminals into law-abiding citizens.In the context of“blockchain+commnity correction”,the state-sponsored facilities,for example,community correction institutions,promote the resocialization of the offenders under the correction programs through the discipline education programs with more rigid correction arrangements internalizing the force of correction.Such a mechanism aims to reshape the offenders'identity as law abiding citizens.Meanwhile,the offenders under the community correction programs actively reform themselves through the mechanisms that encourage them to respect themselves,broaden their minds,and support them in reintegrating into society.These offenders thus could reshape their identities consistent with the laws and moral compass.The technology in the“blockchain+community correction”gives the offenders the“digital identity”,a credential of social recognition combining the identity reshaping efforts in the above two aspects to help them reintegrate into society.The Smart Correction is the manifestation of the social governance featuring“digital credibility”,which is of great value for exploring the social governance mechanism in the context of new technologies.
