摘　　要：日本公共政策研究具有一定的民族性和独特性,研究成果丰富,重点关注地域振兴与发展、灾害以及健康危机管理、市民社会发展、少子高龄化应对等政策议题。其主要特色表现为:紧紧围绕变动的经济社会发展形势,着力解决重大现实问题;重视政策价值研究,融于政策全过程;重视政策评估研究,全面指导实践;政策研究注重学理性与专门化;政策研究的多学科视野和跨学科性;以广泛、系统的政策教育研究机构为依托。这种政策议题设置与政策研究特点,对中国公共政策研究具有一定的借鉴和启示意义。Japan’s public policy research has certain nationality and uniqueness,and its research results are abundant.It focuses on policy issues such as regional revitalization and development,disaster and health crisis management,civil society development,and less offspring and aging.Its main characteristics are as follows:it focuses on the changing economic and social development situation to solve major practical problems;the value of policy research is emphasized and integrated into the whole process of policy analysis;it attaches importance to policy evaluation research and guide policy practice comprehensively;policy research emphasizes academic rationality and specialization;it emphasizes on the multidisciplinary vision and interdisciplinary research in policy research;it is based on the broad and systematic public policy education in stitutions.These issues and characteristics have certain implications for China’s public policy research.
