摘  要:目的研究光皮木瓜Chaenomeles sinensis(Thouin)Koehne的化学成分。方法采用Diaion HP-20、Toyopearl HW-40、MCI gel CHP-20、ODS、硅胶等柱填料并结合半制备液相等柱色谱技术对光皮木瓜提取物的化学成分进行分离,经波谱数据分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从光皮木瓜中分离得到7个已知化合物,分别鉴定为mussaendoside X(1)、stroside A(2)、(7R,8S)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3)、(+)-lyoniresinol-3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4)、(-)-lyoniresinol-3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5)、lyonire-sinol(6)、rel-(7R,8S)-3,3′,5-trimethoxy-4′,7-epoxy-8,5′-neolignan-4,9,9′-triol-9-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),其中化合物1和2为酚苷类化合物,化合物3~7为木脂素类化合物。结论化合物1~7均为首次从该植物中分离得到。In order to study the chemical constituents of the fruits of Chaenomeles sinensis(Thouin)Koehne,two phenolic glycosides and five lignans were isolated by using chromatographic methods including Diaion HP-20,Toyopearl HW-40,MCI gel CHP-20,ODS,silica gel chromatography and semi-preparative-HPLC.These compounds were identified as mussaendoside X(1),stroside A(2),(7R,8S)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),(+)-lyoniresinol-3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),(-)-lyoniresinol-3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),lyoniresinol(6),rel-(7R,8S)-3,3′,5-trimethoxy-4′,7-epoxy-8,5′-neolignan-4,9,9′-triol-9-β-D-glucopyranoside(7)on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis,respectively.Compounds 1-7 were isolated from the fruits of Chaenomeles sinensis(Thouin)Koehne for the first time.
