技术伦理视野下人工智能的未来发展趋势

摘　　要：人工智能技术正为人类社会的通讯、医疗、交通、产业制造等方面赋能。随着Web 3.0时代的到来,人工智能已在自然语言处理、机器学习、智能机器人、模式识别等领域取得了重要进展。对人工智能发展历史及发展现状的梳理可以帮助我们认识人工智能的本质特征并更好地确定其未来发展方向,为人工智能的技术治理提供思路。从机器技术视角梳理人工智能诞生的过程、总结其重要流派及对现世有影响力的观点;从伦理治理视角梳理人工智能发展现状、应用研究热点与可能产生的问题。从技术和伦理角度的对比融合中展望人工智能的未来发展方向:加强系统性的顶层谋划和伦理嵌入式设计,基于“人在环路”的方法提升技术自主性和安全识别机制,建立基于“社会参与”的技术监督与管理机制等。Artificial Intelligence(AI)is a driving force of scientific and technological revolution.It has made great progress in nature language processing,machine learning,robots,pattern recognition and other fields.Research on the definition of AI from the perspective of technological ethics can help us understand the essential characteristics of AI and make plans for its future development.Given the different approaches and positions of scholars,it is difficult to achieve a unified definition of AI.Therefore,this article will be divided into two aspects:machine technology and ethical governance to respectively summarize the understanding of AI since its birth and development.We look forward to proposing corresponding suggestions for its future development from the collision of these two perspectives.
