摘 要:目的:探讨如何为脊柱骨纤维性结构不良患者制定个性化的治疗方案,以减少对患者脊柱稳定性的破坏,同时降低复发。方法:回顾性分析1999年3月至2020年11月就诊于北京积水潭医院的脊柱骨纤维性结构不良患者的病例资料,收集患者的基本信息、术前脊髓功能评分、病灶定位、病理诊断、治疗方式、术后缓解情况等指标。结果:共纳入7例患者,其中男4例,女3例,年龄21~46岁,平均32.3岁。所有患者术后疼痛均获得缓解,3例具有神经症状的患者术后神经症状消失。未出现骨水泥渗漏或椎弓根螺钉松动。术后随访病灶无进展、症状无复发。结论:脊柱骨纤维性结构不良具有多样的临床表现。根据病情为每位患者提供个性化的治疗方案,有助于保护脊柱稳定性,并降低术后复发,增加患者获益。Objective:To study how to develop a personalized treatment plan for patients with spinal fibrous dysplasia,so as to reduce the damage to spinal stability and recurrence.Methods:The patients with spinal fibrous dysplasia admitted to Beijing Jishuitan Hospital from March 1999 to November 2020 were enrolled in this retrospective study.The demographic information,preoperative spinal cord function score,lesion location,pathological diagnosis,treatment method and postoperative remission were collected.Results:A total of 7 patients were included.There were 4 males and 3 females with an average age of 32.3 years(range,21-46 years).Pain was relieved in all patients postoperatively,and neurological symptoms disappeared postoperatively in 3 patients with neurological symptoms.No leakage of bone cement or pedicle screw loosening was found.There was no progression or recurrence in any patient during the follow-up.Conclusions:Spinal fibrous dysplasia has various clinical manifestations.A personalized treatment can help to protect spinal stability,reduce postoperative recurrence and increase the benefit of patients.
