民族院校大学生心理和谐与感激和幸福的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨影响少数民族大学生心理和谐的相关因素,明确幸福感、感激与心理和谐的关系。方法采用方便取样的方法,对云南某民族大学500名学生施测,采用总体幸福测验(GHT)、感激问卷(GQ-6)、民族成年人心理和谐量表(MHS-EA)对其进行调查。结果大学生幸福感与心理和谐水平呈正相关(r=0.597,P<0.01),感激与心理和谐呈显著正相关(r=0.428,P<0.01),感激与幸福感水平越高,则心理和谐水平就越高。回归分析表明,幸福感(β=0.506,P<0.001)和感激(β=0.218,P<0.001)能够显著预测心理和谐水平,可解释心理和谐39.30%的方差变异,幸福感和感激可作为预测心理和谐的重要变量。结论提高民族院校大学生感激与幸福感,有助于提高大学生的心理和谐水平。Objective To explore the relevant factors affecting the Mental harmony of ethnic students and clarify the relationship between subjective well-being,gratitude and psychological harmony.Methods By means of convenient sampling,500 students of a Minzu university in Yunnan were tested,and the overall happiness test(GHT),the Gratitude Questionnaire(GQ-6),and the mental harmony of ethnic adults(MHS-EA)were investigated.Results The overall happiness and Mental harmony level of college students showed significant positive correlation(r=0.597,P<0.01),gratitude and Mental harmony were significantly positively correlated(r=0.428,P<0.01),and the higher the level of gratitude and overall happiness,the higher the level of Mental harmony.Regression analysis showed that overall well-being(β=0.506,P<0.001)and gratitude(β=0.218,P<0.001)could significantly predict the level of Mental harmony,which could explain the variance variation of 39.30%of Mental harmony,and that overall happiness and gratitude could be important variables for predicting Mental harmony.Conclusion Improving the level of gratitude and overall well-being of college students in ethnic colleges can help to improve the level of Mental harmony among college students.
