摘 要:“华龙一号”是我国自主研发的百万千瓦级第三代核电技术,其防护厂房应用了抗飞机撞击钢筋机械接头,相对普通机械接头,其力学性能特别是抗高速冲击性能更加优秀。但是,抗飞机撞击钢筋机械接头为国外技术,采购成本高且周期长;后台加工及现场安装流程复杂;抗拉强度检测要求更高;给现场应用带来一定困难。通过对抗飞机撞击钢筋机械接头技术特点分析,攻克工艺实施过程中的各项问题,优化抗飞机撞击钢筋机械接头加工、安装、检测的流程。同时,为了突破该项受制于人的关键核心技术,在引进消化国际先进技术的同时进行技术攻关研究,实现了抗飞机撞击钢筋机械接头技术的国产化生产,并成功应用于漳州核电厂“华龙一号”机组,降低了施工成本,经济和社会效益显著。HPR1000 self-developed 1000 MWe third-generation nuclear power technology,its protective plant applies mechanical joints of anti-aircraft impact steel reinforcement bar.Compared to ordinary mechanical joints,its mechanical properties,especially high-speed impact resistance is more excellent.However,the steel reinforcement mechanical joints for anti-aircraft impact is a foreign technique,and the procurement cost is high and the cycle is long;Complex background processing and on-site installation process is complex;Tensile strength detection requirements are higher;It brings certain difficulties to field applications.Through the analysis of the technical characteristics of the steel reinforcement mechanical joints for anti-aircraft impact,we overcome various problems in the process of craft implementation and optimize the process of machining,installation and testing of the steel reinforcement mechanical joints for anti-aircraft impact.At the same time,in order to break through the key core technology which was restricted by others,while introducing and digesting international advanced technology,we have carried out technical study and realized the localization production of the steel reinforcement mechanical joints for anti-aircraft impact technique,and successfully applied it to the HPR1000 of Zhangzhou Nuclear Power Plant,reduce construction costs,and achieving significant economic and social benefits.
