大数据时代隐私保护研究的前沿议题与演进趋势——基于国内外文献比较的可视化分析

摘　　要：隐私保护呼声在大数据时代背景下持续高涨,逐渐成为社会各界关注和探讨的重要领域。目前学界已形成了较多有价值的研究成果,但甚少涉及对已有研究的系统化梳理。因此,本文综合运用文献计量法和内容分析法,通过可视化途径对2005~2019年国内外大数据隐私保护的研究文献进行分析,梳理该领域国内外学术共同体的构成,归纳已有研究中的前沿性议题,并在此基础上展望未来的研究趋势。研究发现:①大数据隐私保护研究热度和成果在持续增加,未来研究将持续保持较高关注度;②该研究领域的学术共同体尽管已初具规模,但未来仍需进一步加强交流合作与学术对话;③国内研究前沿侧重数据隐私权利,国外研究则更侧重从技术视角探讨时代背景衍生的隐私问题并尝试提出解决路径;④未来研究应当关注隐私保护需求与生活服务需求的张力难题、隐私权范畴的探讨以及5G网络时代背景下的隐私保护问题等议题。The voice of privacy protection continues to rise in the context of the era of big data,and has gradually become an important area of concern and discussion from all walks of life.At present,many valuable research results have been formed in the academic circle,but few of them involve systematic combing of existing research.Therefore,this article comprehensively uses the bibliometric method and content analysis method to analyze the re search literature on big data privacy protection at home and abroad from 2005 to 2019 through a visual approach,sort out the composition of the academic community at home and abroad in this field,and summarize the frontiers of existing research And look forward to future research trends on this basis.The I research found that:(1)The popularity and results of big data privacy protection research continue to increase,and future research will continue to maintain a high degree of attention;(2)Although the academic community in this research field has.begun to take shape,it still needs to further strengthen cooperation in the future communication and academic dialogue;(3)The frontiers of domestic research.focus on the right to data privacy,while foreign research focuses more on discussing privacy issues derived from the background of the times from a technical perspective and trying to propose solutions;(4)Future research should focus on privacy protection needs and life services The tension of demand,the discussion of the scope of privacy,and the issue of privacy protection in the context of the 5G network era.
