摘  要:机关事业单位是政府设立的公共管理和公共服务机构。市场经济通过市场配置资源的基本属性,要求公职部门的工资必须和市场水平保持一致。本文分析了机关事业单位工资市场化的必然性,归纳出市场经济国家公职部门工资市场化的四种途径,对我国公务员和事业单位工资市场化的进程进行了评估,对下一步市场化的发展做出了基本判断。Organs and institutions are public management and publie service instiutions organized by the government,and the market economy,through the basic ttributes of the allocation of re sources in the market,requires that the wages of public service departments must be consistent with the market level.There are many specific ways and means of wage marketization in the public service,different countries may have different ways of wages,and the mar keting channels of different public services in the same country may be different.This paper analyzes the inevitability of wage marketization of institutions and institutions,summarizes several ways of wage marketization in public service departments in market economy countries,evaluates the process of wage marketization of our country's institutions and instutions,and puts forward some basic judg ments on the development of the next marketization.
