摘　　要：法律英语专业设置是培养高水平涉外法治人才的前提,影响着国家涉外法治建设的推进。本研究系统分析了法律英语的专业特性、专业归属和专业性质,重点剖析了培养目标、教学原则、课程体系、教学方法、教师队伍以及教学评估六个方面。涉外法治人才培养是推进涉外法治建设的基础,加速推进法律英语专业设置迫在眉睫。The establishment of the Legal English major is the premise of training highlevel foreign-related legal talents,and it responds to the promotion of the country’s foreign-related legal construction.This study systematically analyzes the specialty characteristics,specialty attribution and specialty nature of the Legal English major,and makes an in-depth study of its specialty setting,with focus on six important aspects—the training goal,the teaching principle,the curriculum system,the teaching method,the teaching staff and the teaching evaluation.Foreign-related legal talents are the foundation of promoting foreign-related legal construction,so it is urgent to speed up the establishment of the Legal English major.
