专用性投资、照付不议合同的适应性调整:液化天然气市场的经验证据

摘　　要：近年来,随着国际市场的持续宽松,买卖双方的地位开始发生变化,从卖方市场到买方市场,合同的灵活性不断增强。但研究针对合同存续期的影响因素和适应性调整方案的探讨还很少,本文将弥补之前研究的不足。具体来说,研究将通过实证来检验场地专用性、物质资产专用性和特定资产专用性在决定天然气供应商和需求方之间签订的合同存续期长短上的重要性和相关关系。结果显示,场地专用性和特定资产专用性与合同存续期存在正相关关系,而物质资产专用性与合同存续期呈现负相关关系。In recent years,with the continuous easing of the international LNG market,positions of the buyers and the sellers have changed.The market conduction has changed from the seller’s market to the buyer’s market,the flexibility of the contract has been increasing.However,the research on the influencing factors of the contract duration and the adaptive adjustment plan is still rare,this paper will make up for the weakness of the previous research.Specifically,the research will test the importance and correlation of site specificity,material asset specificity and specific asset specificity in determining the duration of contracts signed between natural gas suppliers and demanders.The results show that there is a positive correlation between site specificity and specific asset specificity and the duration of the contract,while there is a negative correlation between material asset specificity and the duration of the contract.
