摘　　要：目的探讨男性乳腺疾病的临床病理特征、诊断及影像学表现,进一步提高对这一少见类型疾病的认识。方法收集广东省妇幼保健院2012—2020年诊断的62例男性乳腺疾病患者,回顾性分析其临床症状、影像学表现、病理组织学特点及免疫表型。结果本组患者的中位年龄为28.5岁(范围13~79岁);其中47例(75.8%)诊断为男性乳房发育;9例(14.5%)为炎症性病变;乳腺纤维腺瘤及导管内乳头状瘤各1例;2例导管上皮非典型增生;2例诊断为非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌,2例均为激素受体阳性、HER2阴性。结论与女性相比,男性乳腺疾病异常少见,男性乳房发育是其最常见的病理学类型,各种良恶性肿瘤也可发生,应提高对男性乳腺疾病(尤其是乳腺癌)的重视和关注,并进一步深入研究。Objective To analyze the clinicopathological characteristics,diagnosis and imaging presentations of breast disease in the male population and to know more about these uncommon diseases.Methods A total of 62 male patients with breast lesions from the Guangdong Women and Children Hospital between 2012 and 2020 were enrolled in this study.Retrospective analysis of the clinical manifestations,imaging presentations,histopathologic features and immunophenotype was performed.Results Median age for all patients was 28.5 years(range 13-79 years).Among these cases,47(75.8%)cases were diagnosed as gynecomastia,9(14.5%)cases were confirmed mastitis,one case showed intraductal papilloma and one showed fibroadenoma,two cases were diagnosed as atypical ductal hyperplasia and two cases were confirmed as invasive breast carcinoma of no special type presenting hormone receptor positive and HER2 negative.Conclusion Male breast lesions are uncommon compared to female counterpart.Gynaecomastia is the most frequent breast disorder in men.There are multiple benign and malignant entities that can also affect the male breast.It requires more attention to the male breast disease,especially carcinoma,and further studies are necessary.
