摘 要:现如今全球范围内能源资源日渐紧缺,已推广多年的“节能”概念再次走入群众眼中,希冀得到实质性的发展。我国在这一领域虽提前部署了诸多方案,但实际执行过程中难免遇到来自各方面的阻力,效果不甚理想。基于当前形势的紧迫性,有必要在“节能”问题上下苦功夫,积极推进相关体制的改革,由政府牵头、企业全力配合的模式应该担负起这一历史性的职责。热计量作为当下人们生活中不可缺少的新型“商品”,它与我国节能环保的发展战略息息相关。为此,论文围绕我国热计量表发展过程中常见的一些问题展开分析,并给出具体的、行之有效的解决之策。Nowadays,energy resources are increasingly scarce on a global scale,and the concept of"energy saving"that has been promoted for many years is once again in the eyes of the masses,hoping to get substantive development.Although our country has deployed many plans in advance in this field,it is inevitable that they will encounter resistance from various quarters in the actual implementation process,and the effect is not very satisfactory.Based on the urgency of the current situation,it is necessary to work hard on the issue of"energy saving"and actively promote the reform of the relevant system.To this end,this article analyzes some common problems in the development of heat meters in my country,and gives specific and effective solutions.
