摘　　要：金属材料在我国多个行业中都有着重要的应用,不同行业不同产品对于金属材料的硬度要求不同,所以加强对金属材料的硬度检测是金属行业发展的重要内容。洛氏硬度计是当前金属材料硬度检测最常用的仪器,论文就对洛氏硬度计在计量检测中的常见故障以及检修方法进行分析。Metal materials have important applications in many industries in China.Different products in different industries have different requirements for the hardness of metal materials.Therefore,strengthening the hardness testing of metal materials is an important part of the development of the metal industry.Rockwell hardness tester is currently the most commonly used instrument for hardness testing of metal materials.This article analyzes the common faults and maintenance methods of Rockwell hardness testers in metrological testing in detail as follows.
